So I skipped the opening DJ's for this event and got to the club right at 12:30 when Untold's set was slated to start. My timing was perfect as he had just started to get the sparse crowd of Charlotte hipsters on their feet and dancing. He also had the CDJ setup and played a nice and juicy selection of steppy techno mixed in with his own stellar productions. The sound at Dharma Lounge was decent if you stood right in front of the booth, but I'm sure not as nice as a Vancouver sub-bass gut punch... His set went good and hard for about an hour and a half and ended with some chill out type shit to wind the crowd down. An excellent and rare outing for the Queen City and well worth the $5 admission charge.
