the original "original pancake house" is in portland. kristin and i went there today, and i gotta say...they got that RECOCKYULOUS BREAKFAST! we split some pecan pancakes and a green chile/jack cheese omelette. the textures were professional grade, the coffee refills plentiful, and the butter was whipped up so lightly that one could butter one's pancakes without the smallest risk of spoiling their fluffy composure. find one near you and pig the fuck out.
